Dr. Edwards studied Psychology in Canada and became a world recognized expert in Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Rosner studied Psychology in the U.S. and became a world recognized expert in Organizational Psychology.
Together they conceived of, designed and developed the Rosner-Edwards Protocol. The REP serves as the process basis for applying AI technology to
selection in a number of different areas.
