How the REP Self-Assessment Survey is Developed for YOU

This article is designed to enumerate, in sequence, the steps for developing the unique personality survey process to be used by your organization as part of its regular selection procedure, along with the the assessment of experience, skills and knowledge

Step One -- Selecting the normative group

The key to an effective test is the normative group. The more similar it is to the applicant population, the more accurate the predictions. The normative group for the REP Self-Assessment Survey consists of YOUR CURRENT PEOPLE!

Your organization selects two groups: 50 of your highest performers and 50 of your lowest performers. Each person is given an ID number (for anonymity) and their corresponding performance data is transmitted to our database

Step Two -- Taking the Self-Assessment Survey (SAS)

Each of the 100 people in the normative group takes the REP-SAS. The survey typically takes about 30 minutes. It is administered on-line, 24 hours/day, 365 days per year.

Step Three -- The Organization's Unique Prediction Algorithm is Developed.

A specially designed Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine developes unique algorothms that most accurately predict the applicants' future specific performances. These are not percentile scores based on national norms they are actual number (GPAs, Retention Rates, Graduation rates, quarterly dollars of proft, annual revenue generated, numbers of new customers, etc.) 

Step Four -- The Survey Becomes a Part of the Application Procedure

Every applicant is assigned an ID and takes the SAS on-line. Actual performance predictions are generated using the prediction algorithyms and are reported to the organization instantaneously.

Step Five - The Algorithyms "Get Smarter".

Periodically, new performance data for each person who has taken the survey is transmitted to the organization's database on our servers. The AI engine uses this new performance data to reassess and re-formulate the appropriate algorithym.   Each time that more performance data is entered, the algorithym becomes more accurate at predicting candidate success.
