The Rosner-Edwards Protocol (REP) is a truly revolutionary new tool.
It is the First Tool Designed to Objectively Assess
the Personality Component of Performance.
For example, in University admissions: one measure of their performance is the freshman grade point average (GPA) of the class they admitted.
- High school grades constitute the Knowledge component,
- SAT or ACT scores constitute the Skills Component
- The Personality component accounts for the rest and is not objectively measured.
Considerable research has shown that pie chart to look like this:
The REP Admissions Survey is the first to objectively measure
this component of the process
The REP objectively assesses the personality component of performance -- that part of the chart that has, up-to-now been assessed subjectively.
The REP can predict the probability of high-performance
using any measureable performance.
